Gold Barrel is a coffee that rewards slow sips. The beans are fermented in whiskey barrels, which gives the cup a warm, oaky depth and a smooth vanilla sweetness. It finishes silky, with a soft whiskey-like feel and none of the alcohol.

Grown at 4,100 ft in clay sandy loam soil, these Catuai beans develop a balanced, mellow sweetness. A medium roast keeps the barrel character front and center without hiding the bean’s natural sweetness.
